Claiming in the Courts

Now is the time to make your claim in the courts

You can make your claim online or in person at the courts. You will also need to make your claim in person if you are exempt from charges.are. To find out if you are exempt, or can claim your fees back, and about claiming online, then follow the links below:

If you are exempt from charges you will need to fill out the form EX160, to include with your claim.

The next step is to print off the list of charges that you made when you sent your 14 day letter, this time you can include the 8% interest to add onto the claim.

You will also need three copies of the N1 Form, you can find a copy on the link below, you can fill the form out online and print it if you are going to take it to the courts

We are now ready to go to the courts and make the claim, Make sure you have three copies of the N1, three copies of the breakdown of charges, and the fee or the EX160 if you are exempt

Claiming online is just the same as above, but you will need a debit or credit card to pay. Go to the link below to make your claim., you can also track every stage of the claim online
